If you also use other energy products, such as an energy drink with electrolytes, make sure to calculate the total number of calories consumed from all products per hour.
Notes:
Hammer Gel is the ideal energy source for training and races lasting up to 2–4 hours. When the duration exceeds 3–4 hours, it is advisable to choose Perpetuem as your primary energy source.
Hammer Nutrition Gel combines ideally with all the company’s products. Especially in ultra-distance races, combine the Gel with Heed, Hammer Energy Bar and Perpetuem to enjoy the necessary variety in texture and flavour during fuelling!
In addition to single servings, Hammer Gel is also available in a bottle (26 servings). Use the bottle with the Hammer Flask, which holds 5–6 Gel servings.
The Espresso and Tropical flavours contain caffeine: 50 mg for Espresso and 25 mg for Tropical per gel serving.
Hammer Gel flavours can be mixed to give you even more flavour options:

Banana + Chocolate or Espresso = Banana Split
Orange + Vanilla = Orange Creamsicle
Raspberry + Orange + Banana = Fruit Punch
Raspberry + Espresso = Raspberry Mocha
Vanilla can be mixed with any flavour to make it milder, especially during long-duration efforts.
