To place an order on www.performance-store.gr, you must register with our online store by completing certain mandatory fields in the registration form. These fields are: Full name / Address / City / Area / Postcode / Telephone / email. You must also choose a username and password.
To prevent the identification of your personal data, you are given the option to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) and your email address as often as you wish. You are the only person with full and unrestricted access to your details through the above codes and are solely responsible for keeping them secret and preventing their disclosure to third parties. You can use a credit, debit or prepaid card for your purchases. Payment is made through Eurobank’s e-pos.
Payment in instalments: You can purchase products in 3 interest-free instalments using your credit card.

10.   Shipping costs

Within Greece:

a) With ELTA courier
Orders weighing up to 10kg are sent by courier to all cities in Greece, with cash-on-delivery available.
For dietary supplements and lightweight, small-volume accessories (gloves, belts, etc.), shipping is free provided that the order value exceeds 70€. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated according to the following pricing table:

Shipping costs for shipments up to 2 kg are 3.0 euro, while +0.8 euros are added for each additional kilogram.

The cost for cash on delivery is +3 euro.

In all cases, the cost is calculated automatically by the website and you will be informed before completing your order.

b) With transport agencies and freight companies
Orders for gym equipment, bulky parcels or parcels weighing more than 10 kg are shipped by freight companies. Prepayment using one of our company’s available payment methods is required. For orders worth more than 150 euros, shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping costs 10 euros and are paid when placing your order. In all cases, we will contact you by telephone or electronically to provide you with the best possible service.

Shipments within Cyprus:

• Free shipping for orders of 100€ or more sent by courier (by boat, 7–12 working days).
• Standard courier shipping (by boat, 7–12 working days) costs 12€ for orders worth up to 99€.
• Express courier shipping (by air, 1–3 working days) costs 18€, regardless of the order value.
• Cash on delivery has NO additional cost.

11. Cancellation of orders
PERFORMANCE STORE gives you the right to cancel your order in the following cases:
●      Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can go back by clicking “back” and remove products from your cart by clicking the “remove” button.
●      If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 2314-013705 to cancel your order or email info@performance-store.gr.
●      After receiving the product, call us on 2314-013705 or contact us via the website’s email form, explaining why you wish to cancel the order.
●      If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, contact us on 2314-013705 and provide your order details.

Right of withdrawal: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with Article 5(10) of Law 2251/1994. In this case, the product must not have been used and must be returned to our registered office. The business does not cover the return costs.

12.      Product returns – replacements
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement or a refund within 30 days of the date on which you receive the products. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unopened and with the packaging intact, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

In all cases, returns and replacements are possible subject to the following conditions:

1. You must contact the online store on the same day or the next working day by telephone on 2314-013705 or by email at info@performance-store.gr

2. The products must be returned to our registered office at the customer’s expense.

3. The products must be unused and their original packaging must be intact.

4. The sales document, receipt or invoice must also be sent to us.

5. Returns are made at the customer’s responsibility, and the business is not liable for any damage or loss during transport.

14.       Order delays
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
●      Periods of extreme weather or strikes, as well as any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
●      If it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or email (for example, if a problem arises with your order concerning the product or payment) because, for instance, the details you provided are not up to date.
15.       Informational emails (newsletters)
Performance Store sends informational newsletters at regular intervals. Newsletters may end up in your spam folder, so please check regularly that they have not been stored there. If you no longer wish to receive informational newsletters or wish to be removed entirely from PERFORMANCE STORE’s mailing list, you can inform us using the website’s contact form.
PERFORMANCE STORE sends information only if you choose to receive it and for as long as you wish. However, if you have placed an order with PERFORMANCE STORE using our website, we automatically send informational emails regarding the progress of your order. These notifications cannot be disabled, as sending them is necessary for the proper processing of your order. We ask that you ensure these emails can reach you and retain them throughout our transaction. If you do not receive the relevant emails, you are obliged, under the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.
