Squeezy Protein Energy Drink is a high-quality carbohydrate-protein recovery drink with vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Its protein blend is derived from milk, soya and whey. It is ideal for recovery after exercise, preferably within 30 minutes of finishing training.

Protein Energy Drink, chocolate flavour, contains a perfectly balanced ratio of carbohydrates and proteins and is the primary solution for quickly and effectively replenishing energy stores and initiating the body’s own recovery processes. Particularly demanding endurance activities such as marathon running (half marathon, marathon, ultramarathon), cycling, triathlon and similar activities require a balanced diet and, where necessary, supplementation with high-quality sports nutrition products such as Squeezy Protein Energy Drink.

For best results, we recommend taking it within 30 minutes after exercise, during the phase of increased muscle uptake.

Recommended consumption

This product is intended for use AFTER sport. You can identify this on our product labels by the BDA (Before-During-After Sports) infographic. Individual carbohydrate and protein requirements vary for each athlete and depend on many factors:

• Physical requirements (age, weight, height, gender)
• Intensity and duration of exercise
• Sport
• Individual performance and intensity (GA1 / GA2)
• Basic endurance 1 (GA1): Training is completed at a heart rate of approximately 60–70% of maximum heart rate. 30–40 g carbohydrates / hour
• Basic endurance 2 (GA2): Training/racing is completed at a heart rate of approximately 70–80% of maximum heart rate. 40–80 g carbohydrates / hour

We recommend approximately 250 ml of the prepared drink after exercise. This amount of mixed Protein Energy Drink contains approximately 30 grams of carbohydrates and 15 grams of protein.

Dosage: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder (50g) in 250ml of water or milk.
