EASY APPLICATION (NO SCISSORS REQUIRED):

1. STEP: Place the tape on an area of the body (finger, ankle, wrist, etc.)
2. STEP: Wrap the tape 3–4 times with moderate to firm pressure
3. STEP: Tear the tape
4. STEP: Press the tape down for an optimal fit and good adhesion
   ALTERNATIVE: Unroll approximately a 20 cm (8-inch) strip of tape from the roll in advance, tear it off, then wrap it.
