Athletic Tape training tape is an exceptionally durable sports tape for maximum protection and stronger grip during training and competition. The tape is specially designed for the hook grip in weightlifting and for finger protection, particularly for protecting the thumb from cuts, tears and uncomfortable blisters.

It is worth noting that the unique, flexible material does not restrict finger joints. You will have complete freedom of movement during your training. In addition, thanks to the premium adhesive we use (latex-free)*, the Hook Grip tape will remain securely in place throughout training, even when you have a high rate of perspiration.

EASY APPLICATION (NO SCISSORS REQUIRED):

1. STEP: Place the tape on an area of the body (finger, ankle, wrist, etc.)
2. STEP: Wrap the tape 3-4 times with moderate-tight pressure
3. STEP: Tear the tape
4. STEP: Press the tape for an optimal fit and good adhesion
5. ALTERNATIVE: Unroll approximately a 20 cm (8-inch) strip of tape from the roll in advance, tear it off and then wrap it.
