Race Collection Racing is in Ronhill’s DNA. Ron loved it. However, in the early days he became increasingly frustrated with kit that simply did not work as he wanted and needed it to. So, on the start line, he tore his shorts at the side and the idea for the original split racer short was born. As a doctor of textile chemistry, he took the torn shorts home and developed the principle into the racer short worn by many to this day. Ron also developed the mesh racer vest to keep his body cool and well ventilated during every gruelling effort. Today, we include pioneering versions of these early prototypes, using the latest lightweight fabrics, seam technology and styling.
