The Super Antioxidant Formula:

1.) Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is an enzyme and one of the body’s powerful endogenous (naturally occurring in the body) antioxidants. It is responsible for neutralising the most common free radical, known as superoxide. The enteric-coated form of Super Antioxidant allows the nutrient to pass through stomach acid and be absorbed in the small intestine. As a result, it is an easy way to supplement this vital antioxidant.

2.) Grape seed extract is high in a substance called OPC, a flavonoid believed to be several times more powerful than vitamins C and E. OPCs are responsible for neutralising three types of free radicals. In addition, the OPCs in grape seed extract help strengthen and repair connective tissue and are highly anti-inflammatory.

3.) L-glutathione is a protein produced in the liver from three specific amino acids. Together with the mineral selenium, it forms the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, which, along with SOD, is one of the body’s endogenous antioxidants and perhaps the most important of all. Glutathione is also part of another enzyme with liver-protective properties.
