Carbohydrates – As with all Hammer products, there are no added simple sugars in the carbohydrate profile. Perpetuem contains maltodextrin, which provides almost 87% of its caloric content in long-chain carbohydrates and is derived from organically grown maize.

Protein – A calcium-fortified isolated soy protein, known as ‘XT’, accounts for approximately 10% of Perpetuem’s caloric value, the same percentage of protein your body uses during long training sessions or endurance races. This helps protect muscle tissue. This specific soy protein also contains a very high percentage of isoflavones, known for supporting cardiovascular function.

Fats – Contains lecithin, which is ideal for maximising energy production from stored fatty acids.
