Hammer ENDURANCE AMINO Acids

The Endurance Amino is ideal for use after all training sessions and races, and is most effective when taken every hour during training sessions and races lasting more than two hours. The foundation of Endurance Amino is the three branched-chain amino acids, or BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), supplementation of which helps delay exercise-induced or central nervous system fatigue, improve immune system response and support recovery. Another amino acid, L-alanine, is included in the Endurance Amino formula. The liver can convert L-alanine into glucose as needed, which the blood carries to the muscles for energy. In addition, L-alanine supports the synthesis of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which is also necessary for the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

The Endurance Amino contains glutathione, a tripeptide consisting of the amino acids glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. Glutathione is one of three endogenous antioxidants maintained by the body to control excessive exposure to free radicals produced during exercise, as well as through environmental exposure. Glutathione is undoubtedly a powerful antioxidant, arguably the most important.

Dosage :

Take 2–4 capsules before and after exercise. For prolonged exercise, 1–2 capsules may be taken every hour.
