SALTSTICK Caps are designed to provide the essential electrolytes needed to combat heat stress and muscle cramps caused by heavy sweating. They are ideal for endurance athletes and anyone working or exercising in hot weather conditions. Designed for cyclists, runners and triathletes.

The advantage of SALTSTICK is that you get all the essential electrolytes your body needs and drink only as much water as you need, rather than the amount of water required by powder or tablets dissolved in water. For example, the 215 mg of sodium and other ingredients in each SALTSTICK capsule can also be found in 3 scoops of electrolyte powder or one effervescent electrolyte tablet.
However, the powder or tablet must be dissolved in 500 ml of water.

If you drink 500 ml of water every 7–8 km, you are certain to feel bloated and experience stomach discomfort, with unpleasant consequences.
Especially over distances above 10 km.
