EASY APPLICATION

• Remove any thick hair from the application area
• Clean the skin with soap (do not apply oil or cream to the skin before use)
• Measure the required amount (depending on the application area)
• Cut the tape to size and round the corners for optimal durability.
• After applying the kinesiology tape, press it firmly with your fingers using light pressure
• When removing the tape, pull it off slowly in the direction of hair growth.
