HOKA Speedgoat 7 – Ultimate control and grip in the mountains

The HOKA Speedgoat 7 is the evolution of one of HOKA’s most iconic trail running models. Designed for demanding trails, technical terrain and long distances, it offers an excellent balance of cushioning, grip and stability.

Cushioning & performance

The responsive EVA midsole effectively absorbs impact on hard and uneven terrain, reducing stress on the joints. Meta-Rocker™ geometry supports the foot’s natural rolling motion, helping to deliver more efficient, less tiring running, even over ultra distances.

Vibram MegaGrip – Ultimate grip

The Vibram® MegaGrip outsole delivers outstanding grip on both dry and wet terrain. Aggressive lugs provide secure footing on mud, rocks and technical trails, offering confidence even on the most demanding descents.

Upper – Breathable and durable

The engineered mesh upper is lightweight and breathable, helping the foot stay cool during activity. Reinforcements in key areas also increase abrasion resistance and protect against rocks and roots.

Stability & fit

The wide base and sole construction provide increased stability on uneven terrain. The shoe securely locks the foot in place, offering control and confidence even at faster paces on technical trails.
