Unique Bodycraft 3D Movement
Standard Smith machines move only vertically, making natural body movement more difficult. Jones machines incorporate the 3D Motion Barbell and move both vertically and horizontally, allowing unrestricted, user-defined movement. As the Jones can accommodate natural body movements, all free-weight exercises can be performed. This patented technology is what sets Bodycraft apart.

Of course, if you do not wish to use horizontal movement, you can lock the movement using the dedicated switch.

Bar – Guide Rails – Hooks
The Jones includes a 15.8 kg bar with a maximum capacity of 225 kg.

The bar guide rails are stainless steel for rust resistance and smooth movement.

With a simple turn of the wrist, secure the bar on one of the 11 hooks featured on the Jones. Finally, to help prevent injury, it includes adjustable spring-loaded safety stops. Even if you lose control of the bar, it will stop at the position where you have set the stops.
