The Bodycraft Smith Jones Freedom machine is the company’s most affordable Smith machine option. It features the fantastic 3D movement found on the larger models. It comes with an 18 kg bar with a 227 kg load capacity.

Unique Bodycraft 3D Movement
Standard Smith machines move only vertically, making natural body movement difficult. Jones machines incorporate the 3D Motion Barbell and move both vertically and horizontally, allowing unrestricted, user-defined movement. As natural body movements can be used with the Jones, all free-weight exercises can be performed. This patented technology is what sets Bodycraft apart.

Of course, if you do not wish to perform horizontal movement, you can lock the movement using the dedicated switch.

Bar – Guide Rails – Hooks
The Jones includes an 18 kg bar with a maximum load capacity of 227 kg.

The bar guide rails are stainless steel for rust resistance and smooth movement.

With a simple turn of the wrist, secure the bar on one of the 20 hooks featured on the Jones Freedom. Each hook is 7.5 cm from the next. Finally, adjustable spring-loaded safety stops are included to help prevent injury. This means that even if you lose control of the bar, it will stop where you have positioned the stops.

The secret to the ultimate Smooth 3D Motion lies in the high-precision linear bearings featured on Bodycraft machines.

Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar
The Bodycraft Jones Freedom also features a pull-up bar with different grips, allowing you to vary your pull-ups.
