Developing speed and agility is crucial for all athletes. Training requires setting up courses with various obstacles for the athlete to pass through, and their construction is often more complicated than it needs to be.
With the bars, combined with bases (see 41900, 99541 etc.) and clips (see 41901, 97703 etc.), you can easily and quickly create a set of hurdles at the height you need. Use your imagination and create your own course! Made from PVC, 160 centimetres long, lightweight and easy to transport.
Combine the bars with acceleration ladders (see 48580), cones/space markers (see 48586), bounce-back acceleration hurdles (see 48611) or slalom poles (see 41902) for a complete agility and speed training session.
