ALTRA Experience Flow 3 Men’s
The ALTRA Experience Flow 3 is a modern road running shoe designed for runners seeking a smooth ride, a lightweight feel and efficient training on tarmac. Part of the ALTRA Experience range, it combines natural geometry, a rocker design and modern midsole materials to provide a stable, comfortable feel for daily and steady runs.
Midsole – Altra EGO™ P35
The midsole is based on Altra EGO™ P35, a lightweight and efficient foam designed to provide a balance between cushioning and controlled energy return. EGO™ P35 compresses smoothly on impact, reducing loads transferred to the joints and muscular system, while progressively rebounding to help maintain a steady pace.
Unlike max-cushion foams, P35 maintains a low weight and more direct responsiveness, making it ideal for daily road training, steady and tempo paces.
Rocker Geometry & Drop
The Experience Flow 3 features rocker geometry that facilitates a natural transition from heel to toe, improving the flow of movement and reducing energy loss with every step. The 4 mm drop provides a more natural body position than traditional road shoes, without requiring full adaptation to zero drop.
Upper
The breathable engineered mesh upper securely wraps the foot, providing midfoot stability and toe comfort. The construction allows good airflow and makes the shoe suitable for both training and extended everyday wear.
Outsole & Stability
The durable outsole provides reliable grip on tarmac and smooth ground contact. The shoe’s overall design works together with the foam and geometry to maintain proper foot and body alignment over repeated kilometres.
